An Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with our valued clients by helping them with their insurance protection needs. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and the retention of those clients. Account Managers are the primary contact for their accounts, understanding their needs and coordinating with the internal team to deliver exceptional service to them. The Account Manager will be part of an exceptional, resourceful, and collaborative High-Performance Team (HPT) here at First Mainstreet Insurance.
